All shipments are carefully packed, optional insurance, where offered, against loss and damage due to the carrier. If a parcel appears to be damaged upon delivery NOTIFY the Carrier IMMEDIATELY and make a damage claim. Item(s) that are recieved and are defective or incorrect will be exchanged free of charge. Item(s) that are ordered in error by the customer can be returned within 7 buisness days less shipping charges and 15% restocking/listing fee. Please notify me for a return authorization number.
